holdings, Alliance Instruments and Ysebaert, by its subsidiary, AMS-France.
The acquisition strengthens AMS/Westco’s global distribution
network in the environmental and industrial markets while expanding the
product portfolio to now consist of the SmartChem®
line of discrete analyzers, the Futura® and Proxima® lines
of continuous flow analyzers, the InfraScan® NIR
system, the EasyDigest® micro-distillation system,
the and other specialty instrumentation. Today, the expertise and the
knowhow of these companies have merged to offer a complete family of products
for labs seeking to automate their wet chemistry analysis.
